At Yetlo Digital Cards, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your digital card purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.
If your digital card has not been sent to the recipient, we will issue a full refund. However, if the digital card has already been sent to the recipient, we cannot issue a refund.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for personalized digital cards that have been customized with your own photos or messages, unless there is a technical issue with the card.
